Red Lion Inn & Suites Long Island City New York

I had a comfortable stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites, with ready access to all Manhattan locations at most reasonable rates. The ensuite bathroom was modern and very good, and the bed was comfortable. The premises were clean and the air conditioning functioned well. The location was excellent for exploring the city. The breakfast was adequate and the check-in and check-out process was easy. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the deep bathtub. Additionally, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which was really convenient.

One downside was the breakfast selection, which lacked healthy options and mainly consisted of basic items like hamburger meat, eggs, and white toast. Also, the cleaning staff, particularly the Chinese women, were quite noisy in the mornings and would try to clean our room even when we were still sleeping, which was disruptive.

The hotel was perfectly clean and well-organised, had amicable staff and neat rooms. Generous breakfast with lots of food, also with great cereals and cheese.

Hotel looks overall clean and is contemporary. Plenty of FINE food.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to the subway station, safe area, and easy to get to Manhattan. The room was spacious, with a clean, comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The daily cleaning service and fresh towels were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the free parking and nearby parking garage options made it easy for those driving into the city.

Big size and impeccably clean hotel, location was optimal really close to subway station as well as the subway, supermarkets, places to eat, 5-10 minutes walks or less. Got sumptuous breakfasts with yogurt and sausage, for example. Great service throughout the property. With the help of the charming staff, we had a very pleasant stay...

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the subway station just a block away. It only took me a few stops to get to Manhattan. The room was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast provided a good start to the day. I will definitely choose this hotel every time I travel to NYC.

The only downside was that there wasn't enough space in the breakfast area during busy times, making it difficult to find a seat.

Very close to metro station, making it convenient to travel to different parts of the city. Right next to the MTA station, allowing for easy access to Manhattan and other areas. The hotel provides a continental breakfast, which is a nice addition. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions about the city.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Queensboro Plaza train station, making it easy to explore Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and have comfortable beds despite the limited space.
